HAPPY NATIONAL DAY
This amazing city turns 41. The whole country is decorated with UAE flags, the cars are decorated and you definitely feel the proud of the country. And we are a part of this amazing city! We received an text from Sheikh Mohammed wishing us a happy National Day - both to citizens and residents: This is a day of joy and pride in which we remember the inspiring journey of our founding fathers and look ahead towards a bright future og endless possibilities.
The kids celebrated in school Thursday and the boys were dressed in their special UAE National Day t-shirt.
In Ida's nursery they decided to celebrate both National Day and International day. This meant a bit extra work for me as I decided the day before to make a table withe Danish stuff. It was a great day for both parents and children and beautiful decorations and lovely food from all over the world.
