Fastelavn er mit navn

Today we celebrated 'fastelavn' in the Danish Consulate. Fastelavn is a Danish tradition where you dress up. It is some kind of carneval. Read more about this tradition:

All kids had fun except Daniel who was feeling sick and was taken home by Frederik. Ida went as princess, Malthe star wars and Daniel cowboy.

In old days there was a real cat in the barrel. Now it is only sweets!
